Anyone who has attempted to make roast chicken knows that cooking a chicken that is juicy through is a tough task. It seems like the chef at New York city luxurious hotel, the Nomad, has found a way around that.  Their roasted chicken for two is one of their most popular dishes and if you look at the ingredients it’s easy to see why. Underneath the skin of the roasted chicken is a layer of foie gras, brioche, and black truffle stuffing.
