Chicken Wrap

Quick, easy, healthy.

  • 1 chicken breast cubed
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • a couple of slices of red and green capsicum, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
  • a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
  •  a splash of sesame oil
  • a grind of black pepper
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • a pinch of cayenne
  • wraps or tortillas
  • peanut oil
  1. Marinate the chicken pieces for a few hours in the sauces, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, cayenne and pepper
  2. Brown the onion in hot oil
  3. Add the marinated chicken and stir-fry until it is cooked
  4. Lastly add the capsicum and stir fry for a minute more
  5. serve on a heated wrap or tortilla
