Egg & Cod Salad
Quick and easy. Perfect for a picnic, salad side or a sandwich filling.
- 1 cup of leftover Smoked Cod in Béchamel sauce
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 2Tbsp. of your favourite mayonnaise or aioli
- Chop the eggs
- Mix with the mayo and the cod in béchamel
- Chill in the refrigerator.
