Beans, beans beans, spam, beans and beans. Without the spam.
- A can of chickpeas
- A can of four bean mix
- One onion, chopped finely
- Some chopped garlic
- Red and green capsicum, chopped small
- A chilli or two, chopped small (or a dash of Tabasco)
- 3 or 4 tomatoes, chopped small
- Lime juice
- Your favourite salad dressing
- A few grinds of pepper
- Some fresh chopped parsley if you have some.
Optional extras: spam or chopped polish sausage.
Combine ingredients, chill and serve.
