Rack of lamb and Roast Brussels Sprouts.

Simple really

Cut a cross in the stump of each sprout, stack them around a peppered and salted rack of lamb.

Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper, and drizzle with olive oil, then bake for 35-40 minutes @ 180C.
Stand for 5 Minutes
